In accordance with the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, signed on 2 July 2008, and the Protocol of the 1st Session of the Montenegrin-Slovenian Joint Commission for Scientific and Technological Cooperation, signed on 11 March 2010 in Ljubljana, the 2nd Session of the Joint Commission for Scientific and Technological Cooperation was held on 25 October 2011, in Podgorica.
